Assessing risk of Type 2 Diabetes with body measure

Stepping on a traditional scale or calculating your BMI may not be giving you the whole picture. As part of our continuing Diabetes Education series, we have partnered with our friends at Body Measure to talk about how to assess your risk of Type-2 Diabetes using body composition measurements. These provide accurate and precise measurements of total body composition, including bone mineral content, lean muscle mass, fat tissue mass, and body fat percentage.
