We believe that your health encompasses every part of your life so we have partnered with other disciplines to facilitate programs in the community with health and wellness in mind. 

All programs are held in our health centre unless otherwise specified.

Join our SING TO BREATHE! group!

Registration is now open for fall sessions.

There will be two sessions running for 4 weeks each on Tuesday evenings from 6:00-7:00 pm:

September 3, 10, 17, 24th

October 1, 8, 15, 22nd

For ages 18+

No singing experience required!

S.c. Walking Club

Join us every Sunday evening at 7:00pm for a 30 minute group walk in South St. Vital.

Bring your mat and join Alan for floor mat pilates to improve your flexibility and strength. All levels are welcome.

Classes start in September every Wednesday evening from 6-7pm. (September 4, 11, 18, 25)

Cost: $100 / month

Bring your yoga mat and wear comfortable clothing.

Why knitting?

Knitting has been shown to:

Bring your own knitting supplies to this FREE knitting group for all ages.

We meet every Sunday, starting on September 8th, from 2:00-3:00pm at Purohit Nurse Practitioner Clinic.
