In Manitoba, the flu season typically lasts until Spring and it takes your body 2 weeks after receiving the vaccine to be fully covered.

Free flu shots for you and your family are now available (including children under 7 years old).

Receive your flu shot and discuss how to keep you and your family healthy this winter with the nurse practitioner or pharmacist.

Mindfullness for anxiety & stress reduction

Join our 4 week Introduction to Mindfulness Group!

When: Wednesdays evenings beginning January 9th, 2019

Taiji & qigong

All ages and abilities can enjoy and heal with the flowing movements of this ancient Chinese art and science. With practice, improve your immunity, sleep, mood, pain and mobility. The instructor, Rebecca Atkinson, teaches evidence-based Taiji Qigong, certified by the Center for Taiji Studies. Being a physiotherapist along with teaching Taiji fulfills her passion for helping people live with joyful ease.

Classes are Friday evenings from 8-9pm at the Health Centre.
